The Garden Gathering gives you the essentials for your ceremony and time to enjoy the grounds for photographs. Keep things simple, bring your own décor, or let us help create a setting that feels like you.

Starting from $800

Your package includes:

• Four hours of venue use for your ceremony and photographs.

• Up to ten people in total, including the couple.

• Ceremony chairs and a signing table.

• Onsite washroom access.

• Access to designated photography locations throughout the grounds.

• A recommended vendor list to help you plan your day.

Vendor services are booked and paid for directly by you. We’ll confirm your event schedule and any setup or removal access in your quote.

Make it yours

A little help with the finishing touches, more time together, or a quiet overnight stay—choose the additions that suit your celebration.

Decorating & Styling

Enjoy creating the details yourself, or leave the decorating to us.

We offer decorating and styling for an additional fee, with the design, décor and setup agreed upon in advance. Pricing reflects the scope of your chosen arrangement.

Stay a Little Longer

If you’d like to follow your ceremony with a meal or refreshments, we can suggest options for you to arrange directly with a vendor.

Additional venue time, meal-area setup and cleanup are quoted separately. We will confirm any tables, linens or rentals needed and who will provide them.

An Overnight Escape

Let your wedding day become a quiet getaway with an optional overnight stay at Meadowcroft.

Accommodation is booked separately and is subject to availability.

How many people can attend?

Our weddings are designed for a maximum of ten people, including the couple—up to eight guests.

Can we choose our own vendors?

Yes. You’re welcome to arrange your own vendors, with venue requirements confirmed before booking. We also provide a recommended vendor list if you’d like somewhere to begin.

Do you provide wedding planning?

You arrange and manage your vendor bookings. We help with the venue arrangements and offer optional decorating and styling services.

Can we celebrate with a meal afterward?

Yes, by prior arrangement. We can suggest food vendors or options for your gathering. Additional time and any meal-area setup and cleanup will be included in your personalized quote.
